Fresh Hope Care Maitland

A new, contemporary 168 bed Residential Care Facility located in East Maitland. This purpose-designed building will incorporate new models of care in non-institutional ‘care household’ environments. The care households sit alongside a selection of other services including Wellness & Health, Café, Community functions, Respite Care & Day Centre and a diverse range of outdoor activities and points of interest. The building is intended to be proudly connected with the local community for both the High Care and Retirement Living residents of Fresh Hope and their families and friends. The design concept is to provide a building that is strongly connected with the landscape, especially the existing mature trees on site and in the adjacent riparian corridor and bushland park. Currently under construction, the project is due for completion in 2023.
