New 98 bed Residential Care facility is designed alongside a separate building for 11 new Independent Units for co-located care. A full basement and back of house component will extend services to both buildings and the community hall and ILU resident meeting room. Articulated facades and warm materials describe a contemporary building, designed to appear as a non-institutional and welcoming building. The long narrow site overlooks a cricket oval and will offer residents an expansive leafy outlook and northern aspect. Currently under construction, the project is due for completion n October 2023.
