IRT Woonona

The project involves a major redevelopment of IRT Group’s aged care site in Woonona, transforming it into a contemporary seniors living community featuring a refurbished 168-bed Flametree Residential Care Facility, 98 independent living units across five new buildings, a Social & Wellness Centre with clubhouse and café through the adaptive reuse of a heritage-listed church, as well as basement parking, landscaped gardens, and shared community spaces.
