More Aged Care in Paris… alongside a contemporary dementia care home it was fabulous to see elderly residents pulling up chairs and wheelchairs alongside the daycare playground and the spontaneous relationships and joyous connections this makes.. it’s not forced but is informal and meaningful

Multi-storey development has to be the norm in in a city like Paris and articulated massing provides generous roof terrace space. Interestingly the ground plane is gently shared with public walkways and landscaped parks connecting general pedestrian routes - these are only separated with light, visually permeable fencing allowing comfortable view sharing between the public domain and the aged communities.

Each apartment gets full through cross ventilation, plus the residents love the social connection that this layout offers them as a community. 11 refurbishments and extensions to existing aged care sites
And we have new projects underway at various stages that will collectively deliver over 1000 aged care beds and 500 Independent living units with several starting construction this year.
We also have the proud new addition of Calderflower Interiors under the direction of Matthew Reid whose great work is transforming aged care interiors..
